1 Prestige Chauffeur Ltd reserves the right to request for a full payment or a deposit when making a booking.

Bookings

All hiring starts from the exact pick up point to the exact destination entered only. 1 Prestige Chauffeur Ltd. require the lead names of client they are driving and an active contact number. Any quotation provided by 1 Prestige Chauffeur Ltd. is not a confirmed booking until the lead passenger has confirmed the booking with 1 Prestige Chauffeur Ltd. via email or via a telephone call and has received a confirmation text or email.
By confirming the booking, the lead passenger is agreeing to our Terms and Conditions . It is imperative that the lead passenger checks the details on the booking confirmation and that they are correct. If there are any errors to the booking details, please call

Tracking

Once the driver has been allocated your job, you will receive confirmation of your driver details including, make & model of vehicle, contact details and PCO licence number. You may also track your driver’s live location via the app.

Invoices

All invoices and receipts will be provided via email.

GDPR

By supplying your email address and contact details you permit 1 Prestige Chauffeur Ltd to contact you via email, in return we promise this information is kept by 1 Prestige Chauffeur Ltd and is not shared with any third parties. Further GDPR information can be found here under our Privacy Policy

Payments

All Non-Account bookings can be made by credit card and debit card and a 30% payment is required in advance. However, a full address for the booking must be connected to the passenger making the booking. On some instances we may require viewing the card physically through the driver.
A credit/debit card pre-authorization may still be required when making contact with your chauffeur.
All hire charges are rounded up to the nearest 30 minutes.
All parking and entrance are chargeable at costs.
Tolls are not included in the booking fee & will be added as “additional costs”
Your booking charge may be subject to additional waiting time and car park costs.
All cancellations must be made within 24 hours prior to the time & date of confirmed booking (Which is subject to a 50% charge)
Cancellations made to a booking under 12 hours’ notice are subject to 100% charge.
Any amendments to bookings made under 24 hours prior to booking time will not be refunded, however the credit will be added to the next booking.
Any changes to the original agreement shall be charged accordingly. We accept all major credit & debit cards.

Airport Transfers

Flight details helps us give you a punctual service. We make every reasonable attempt to monitor your flight times, however we are unable to access reliable information until shortly before departure or scheduled arrival times.
If your flight is delayed, you should make immediate contact with 1 Prestige Chauffeur Ltd to notify us, so that we can adjust our schedules and rearrange drivers.
We allow a waiting time of 45 minutes for domestic flights and 60 minutes for international landings free of charge.

Meet & Greet

Our meet and greet system will ensure that your chauffeur will be waiting for you as soon as you enter the arrivals terminal. Your chauffeur will be holding up a name board 1 Prestige Chauffeur Ltd logo
Our kerb side collection service is more popular with clients as a faster & stress-free service.
We will endeavour to accommodate delayed flights times but cannot be held liable should circumstances prevent us from being able to respond to any changes.
1 Prestige Chauffeur Ltd shall not allow under any circumstance’s excess luggage i.e. suitcases and such to be placed inside the vehicle either on seats or floor.
The maximum seating capacity of the vehicle is determined by 1 Prestige Chauffeur Ltd and should not be exceeded.
It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure that any children or passengers under the height of 4’6″ are secured within a booster seat or baby seat. 1 Prestige Chauffeur Ltd will provide up to 2 booster seats. Baby & child car seats must be provided by passenger.

No Shows

If the client does not appear at the confirmed time and place designated at the pickup point confirmed via email or text message, the customer will lose full payment.

As Directed

Prices quoted for A.D (as directed) rate include multiple stops and waiting time, minimum booking time is 4 hours, with a 40-mile allowance from start point to finish point (within London).
A Day Rate is 8/10 hours with an allowance of 100 miles per day (within M25) Any mileage thereafter is charged at an additional per mile rate. London Airport Transfers are fixed rates to & and from Central London.

Public Holidays

1 Prestige Chauffeur Ltd. may increase charges on bank holidays and other occasions and shall inform all concerning of such charges in advance.
Any bookings made for the 24, 25, 26, 31 December and 1 January will attract an additional charge on prices published and quoted by other communication methods.

Lost Property

1 Prestige Chauffeur Ltd. Lost Property Policy states that drivers inform the office of any left items in their vehicle.
We keep a record of Lost Property and will endeavour to return any lost items in our vehicle(s) or sub contracted vehicle(s) to all customers (Please note there may be additional charges for this services).
Customers can also collect lost property items from our office by appointment only.

Disorderly behaviour

1 Prestige Chauffeur Ltd reserves the right to refuse travel to anyone who deems to be a nuisance or danger to any passengers or any member of 1 Prestige Chauffeur Ltd.
Drivers reserve the right to refuse jobs if any passenger is in their opinion intoxicated or makes them feel uncomfortable.

Soilage

Clients are fully responsible for all damages they cause to the interior of the vehicle and will appropriately be billed for cleaning & repairs carried out such as soilage which require would require professional valeting.

Complaints

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with our services, all complaints must be notified in writing via email bookings@1prestigechauffeur.com within 24 hours.

Disputes

In the event of any dispute concerning the calculation by 1 Prestige Chauffeur Ltd of its charges, such dispute shall be notified to 1 Prestige Chauffeur Ltd by the client within 24 hours of the invoice being presented.
In the event of no such notification being received by 1 Prestige Chauffeur Ltd, the client shall accept the amount as being properly calculated and due.
In the event of there being any disputes regarding the interpretation of Terms and Conditions relative to the agreement, 1 Prestige Chauffeur Ltd decision shall be final and binding upon the Customer.

Alterations to Terms & Conditions

1 Prestige Chauffeur Ltd reserves the right to alter or vary ‘Terms & Conditions’ at its absolute discretion upon giving reasonable notice to the Customer and without prejudice to the generality or the aforesaid 1 Prestige Chauffeur Ltd reserves the right to change tariff charges.
No representations or variations in or additions to these ‘Terms & Conditions’ or warranty given by any person acting or purporting to act on behalf of 1 Prestige Chauffeur Ltd shall have any force or effect whatsoever unless confirmed in writing by an authorised representative of 1 Prestige Chauffeur Ltd Nothing contained in these terms and conditions can affect the Customers’ statutory rights.

Animals

Under normal circumstances no pets or animals of any kind are permitted to travel in our vehicles, except for registered assistance dogs. There is no additional charge for assistance dogs, however it would be appreciated if any assistance dog would remain in the foot well under the control of the owner, unless otherwise required to act in accordance with its duties. notice would also be appreciated at the time of booking where the Passenger will be accompanied by a registered assistance dog or if permission for a pet to travel is sought.

Music

The playing of music out loud, whether live or via electronic media, within our vehicle is permitted entirely at the discretion of our Chauffeur. Where such permission is given, the music played should not be of such a volume or be so intrusive in nature that it would impair the Chauffeur in the safe performance of their duties. If permission is given, it may be withdrawn at any time.

Carriage of Firearms

Firearms can only be carried when accompanied by the registered holder of a firearms certificate. Please specify at the time the booking is made if firearms will be carried. The Passenger carrying the firearm MUST have a valid firearm certificate available for inspection by the Chauffeur. Right to travel may be refused by the Chauffeur and Cancellation Fees may apply if the Passenger or Client wishes to transport a firearm but does not have a valid firearm certificate available for inspection at the time of the booking.

Gratuities

Gratuities are NOT automatically added to the charges made for the booking. The suggested gratuity is 15-20% of the booking value and may be given directly to the Chauffeur or 1 Prestige Chauffeur Ltd may be advised to add the gratuity to the booking charges. If the gratuity is to be added to the booking charges the Chauffeur should be advised of this at the end of the booking.

Non-Disclosure/Confidentiality Agreements

If it is required that a non-disclosure or confidentiality agreement be signed, a copy should be forwarded to 1 Prestige Chauffeur Ltd at the time the booking is made and / or with sufficient time to do so in advance of the commencement of the booking. The Chauffeur should not be presented with a document to sign when the booking is about to commence unless sufficient time is allowed for the Chauffeur to carefully read any such document in full and be comfortable with the terms therein prior to signing. The Chauffeur is under no obligation to sign a confidentiality agreement if he does not agree with the terms therein.
